Before pursuing his successful conducting career, Otis Klöber also enjoyed a very busy schedule as chamber musician at the highest level. In March 2004, he appears with the Wind Ensemble of the Deutsche Kammerphilharmonie Bremen on the Berlin Classics Label in an international release of the earlier recorded Tschaikowsky CD with extracts from "The Nutcracker", adapted for nine wind instruments and double-bass by the award-winning composer Andreas N. Tarkmann.
